Home cooked dinner@Princess G’s crib

Our bestie’s got 2 adorable children whom we love very much. If you haven’t seen them in a while, you will have an urge to visit them again to get a dose of the little Zs! So cute!

Princess G decided to cook dinner for us and she sure is one hot mama in the kitchen. Literally, dressed in chilli red! Cooking a spicy meal!

This dish was cooked by her maid, who is Sri Lankan origin and it was my first time having a Sri Lankan meal. And I am liking it! Claypot cooked, tender chicken chunks with thickened spicy peppery gravy. Drizzling gravy on anything would kick up a storm!

Princess G’s own recipe. Luncheon meat chopped in squares, fried with garlic and dried chillis. A really great combination of ingredients! I’ll try it next time in my own kitchen. This went so well with the beer I was having.

All meats must come with some greens of course. The chopped lady fingers dish was little Zacky’s favourite. He even fed some to us just to express his love for the dish and appreciation for his mom’s cooking. For a kid to enjoy eating vegetables, needless to say, they were delicious!

It was a wonderful dinner with the family, with a little flavour of Sri Lanka and Princess G, and much much love from the adorable baby Zs!
