Post-dawn prayer breakfast@Seksyen 14, PJ

about clomid image

Sometimes, TLCC brothers and sisters will gather for a fellowship breakkie after Friday dawn prayers and today was one of those breakkie days!

Sekyen 14 corner kopitiam is one of the spots we frequent after dawn prayer, being near to church and also to some of our office work places.

There is a famous Chee Cheong Fun stall at this kopitiam and it is constantly sold out by 8 in the morning. If you are there, you will see most tables have CCF plates on their tables.

Today, everyone ordered the same except me. Plates of smooth, silky, white deliciousness. And combine it with a hot cuppa stocking filtered coffee.

I opted for the toasted bread instead, which is pretty good here! Decently added butter and home made kaya. Yumsssss……. ๐Ÿ™‚

Early morning goers, especially those in the pharmaceutical industry where the offices are nearby, worthy visit for breakfast and I’m sure the rest of the day will be great if you start off with an awesome breakfast!

Christmas celebration@The Lord’s Covenant Church, Phileo Damansara 1

This was a long overdue post of the wondrous celebratory fellowship lunch we had at TLCC. This Christmas proved to be different from all the Christmas celebrations I had before. It had been a week since our beloved Sr Pastor Rev Abraham Park had passed on, leaving a rather solemn atmosphere within my heart, but I know that 17 is a number of perfect victory and completion and this is a great hope that we now on look forward to having the King’s highway opened for us.

It was lovely to witness the little kids celebrating God’s love through hymnal singings and we can really learn alot from the way they sing, with all their hearts, pure and true, giving glory to Father.

Courtesy of our sister, Sarah, owner of The Bake Plan, we has these beautifully crafted log cakes for desserts! Hurrah! Oh yeah, these chocolate Swiss rolls tasted amazing!

Everyone chipped in a little something from their end, we had home made rojak from starched Nancy! She made every single thing, even the sauce. Now that is what you call truly home made!

To get the kids all geared and excited for Christmas, starchef Nancy also made these cute animated fishballs! I have never came across an angry bird fishballs until this day.

Some Christmas bread from Sarah to bring up the whole Christmas feel with raisins, cinammons and almonds!

Last but not least, Christmas is the day we commemorate not for the festivites, or Santa Claus or family holidays, but it is the day Jesus our Saviour Lord, came to earth, to preach the Word to His children, and to open the path of life to mankind by bearing all of our sins on the cross. Through Him, the veil is now torn, and we can regain our relationship with Father God!
